🔹 หมายถึง:
ข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน ซึ่งอาจเกิดจากความผิดพลาด ความเข้าใจผิด หรือการเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ (ต่างจาก "disinformation" ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลเท็จที่ถูกเผยแพร่โดยเจตนา)
